What's in the report
Our office team compile and audit all the data, checking for any errors prior to making the calculations. From this they then start working on the report document.
Our reports utilise all of the data we have extracted from the site inspection and displays it in a format which is easy to read and understand.
The report is broken down into categories displaying the information we have gathered from site, including photos, measurements and comments from our assessor.
We even include a fully detailed floor plan !
From this we then give you a breakdown of what complies with the standards and what needs attention together with a recommended remedy.
You now have all the information you need to have available on 1st July 2020 and also recognise what will be required before 1st July 2021
Why do you need all this information ?
The new section 13 tenancy statement effective 1st of July 2020 will require you to display this information with calculations and supporting evidence.
Our report eliminates your need to do this, simply copy our statement on each category and attach the report as your supporting evidence.
